Danley Art Studios

About Us

Welcome to Danley Art Studios.

Our goal is to create art work that makes everyday life more beautiful for us all!

My name is Mark Danley Brown. The story is long but the short version is this has been a dream for a long time and I have dipped my toes into the water several times. I am diving in this time and I hope you love our store.

I had a T-shirt company with a great friend back when we first got out of college. We made T-shirts with art on them. But for many reasons, we pursued our professional careers. I had a pottery at one point but I also had a family and decided it was safer to pursue a more stable income. Now my family is joining me in chasing the dream of making our family studio into a business that brings a little beauty into your lives as well as ours.

We have many pieces of art in our home and our yard. We think it makes for a tranquil setting and enhances the happiness of our family. We hope you find this to be true for you!

With gratitude and love,

The Danley Art Studios Family

Quality

Danley Art Studios uses the best T-shirt planks we can find and consider the sourcing. We want our T-shirts to be used for many years so we never use the cheapest shirts. Our blank shirts are at least three times the cost of many shirts. We use the best quality and the most expensive printing methods and all of our printing vendors use American-made products.

Our materials are the best we can find for our art pieces. A big part of our art is reusing discarded materials/recycling. So much of the metal is from drops at the metal yard that would have been melted back into new material. A waste since it has so much potential.

Our stone comes from the bone yard- miscut stone not usable for the building it was intended for. They were going to be bulldozed into the hole they created in the quarry so we cut, chisel, rasp, and sand them into our art.

Affordability

We want all of art to be affordable for all. We don’t upcharge based on size. We look closely at our prices to make them fair for all. If you see a piece that is beyond your means, reach out to us so we can see if there is a way we can make it work.

Social Responsibility

We are trying to always be socially responsible by looking at the source of our materials -specifically shirts. We want all workers to be happy with their wages and we want to use American-made products so materials aren’t transported unneccessarily. We also want to be happy with our wages. I promise you to always look at our prices to be fair. We are not inflating our prices to be rich but to create a happy company for all involved. I love making art and dream of making a fair living doing it.
