Figurative Paintings

I use the highest quality material in our figurative paintings. I used oil-primed Claessens Belgian Linen canvas. I used artists’ grade paints to paint a minimum of three layers, and let them dry for a minimum of two months before mounting them on 3/4 inch maple hardwood plywood. Then, they are varnished with Gamlin’s Gammar varnish to give them a nice protective coat. I drill a small hole in the back so they are ready for immediate hanging. I also include a bookmark-style sample of the trimmed linen so you can see the linen as it is before the mounting. I hope you enjoy these stylized paintings!

If you find something and it is priced beyond your reach, get in touch with me and we will see if there is something we can do. I want my art to be enjoyed above all else.
